VINIFICATION
Cold gentle press to extract the colour. The must is chilled and transferred into steel tanks, where it remains long enough to separate the solids from liquid. Alcoholic fermentation follows at a temperature between 13° and 16°.

Cold maceration followed by fermentation at 12°C, the wine remains on its lees for two months before bottling. TASTING NOTES
A fascinating Southern Italian wine with a richer almost waxy texture; aromatic nose of white peach and apricot with hints of orange peel. The palate has a vibrant acidity and delicate stone fruits aromas.

 Uitbundig aromatische frisse witte wijn.
Diepstrogele kleur met fijne tranen.
Weelderig aroma van bloemen, superrijp fruit en wilde kruiden. Speelse zoet aandoende smaak met verfrissend zuurtje en een uitbundige afdronk.
Genietwijn om zo te drinken, of bij oosters pikante gerechten en kazen met gewassen korst. Schenkt°: 8°C.

 Deze Rosapasso Biscardo kan men omschrijven als een elegante, soepele en verfrissende rosé.
Heel wat aroma's van wilde aardbeien en kersen.
Lange en soepele afdronk. Heerlijke rosé op basis van 100% Pinot Nero druif.

 De druiven van deze bleke rosé wijn komen van twee verschillende terroirs : die van de Hérault vlakte die rijkdom en rondheid geeft en de Aude dat voor karakter en frisheid zorgt.
In deze zomerse rosé met Provence allures vinden we aroma’s van framboos en aardbei ondersteunt met minerale geuren en smaken. Heel verfrissende, goed gemaakte rosé die je niet onbewogen zal laten.

Wijngaard en regio
Afkomstig van verschillende wijngaarden in Maipú, Luján de Cuyo en Uco Valley in Argentinië.
Vinificatie
De druiven worden ontsteeld. De gisting vindt plaats in RVS en betonnen tanks op een gecontroleerde temperatuur van 25 tot 26 graden gedurende 20 dagen. Daarna rijpt de wijn 15 maanden op Frans eikenhout, waarvan een deel nieuw.
Kleur Robijnrood.
Geur : groene paprika Kersen, cassis, balsamico, grafiet en subtiele tonen van kruiden.
Smaak : kruidige wijn, vol van smaak, gebalanceerd, lange afdronk.

Serveren bij Lekker bij ossobucco. Ook heerlijk bij pasta met vlees of stoofschotels.
Serveertemperatuur 16-18 °C
