omschrijving : Strogele wijn met aroma's van bloemen, geel fruit, acaciahoning en boter.
Volle en rijpe smaak, licht vettige textuur. Zuiver fruit en veel volume.
Wijngaard : Alluviale terrassen met kalksteenhoudende ondergrond.
Kelder : De witte druiven worden geperst met een pneumatische pers en het sap wordt direct gefilterd over een roterende filter.
De gisting verloopt in inox bij lage temperatuur.
Bij de rijping komt de wijn in contact met houten duigen die in de inox tank aanwezig zijn.
Dit geeft de wijn een lichte houttoets mee.

De Chavant heeft 4 maanden gerijpt op kleine Franse eikenhouten vaten.
Een fijne balans van frisse citrus-, vanille- en witte perziksmaken, deze Chardonnay biedt hints van butterscotch en citrus in de neus.
